To beat the Christmas rush, make sure you post before the
recommended last posting date.

Your last posting dates for Christmas are:

• 1st Class - 21st December
• 2nd Class - 18th December
• Special Delivery - 23rd December
• Standard Parcels - 15th December

We aim to dispatch same/next working day in order for customers to
receive their orders.  We use  Royal Mail to deliver our goods and as
standard will be using 1st Class Recorded where a signature is
required and a tracking number will be provided.  For larger orders
we will use Special Delivery.

In the event of not receving goods, please allow 5 working days, in
the event of not receiving the goods after 5 days, please email us
with your tracking number and we will contact Royal Mail to resolve
this problem.
